Summer Solstice

The longest day of the year was celebrated in style here at BJAMS!  We spent the afternoon at Guelph Lake where the kids couldn’t get enough of the water – watched some of the Guelph Lake Tri where teamLPC did phenomenal – most definitely taking the team champs!  The girls had a full dress rehearsal for their upcoming performances this week, and we celebrated my aunt and uncle’s 50th wedding anniversary! There was no original wedding party photo – but the top photo was taken today and the bottom photo was taken 10 years ago at Bob and Gwen’s 40th wedding anniversary!50 Years!  That is something to celebrate!Cousin Kathy and IGreat-great aunt Joan

Our Little Graduates

We have two proud little graduates on our hands!  Selena graduated from the Salvation Army Nursery School, and Annika has graduated into grade 1!!  Come September, we will have two full-time students.  Annika will become the “big-sis protector” at school to her little sister Selena, who starts JK.  We’re so proud of our little scholars ♥Annika’s Graduation was held at Colonial Park where the class performed some songs and skits they have been working on all year! She loved her teacher Mrs. Mencfeld – who gave Annika the “Good Friend Award.”  Annika is posing with her best-friend Caoimhe.Selena got to go up on stage to receive her certificate and “prize” for completing her nursing school year, and proud big-sis is her biggest support!
